New to the local public scene? This Kink 101 class gives you the basics on how to get involved with your local kink scene, wherever you live!

This class is perfect whether you're new to kink, new to the public scene, or want to learn more about resources for BDSM play and education. We'll discuss:

• Etiquette and culture
• What to expect
• Types of events: education, entertainment, mixers, and more!
• How to evaluate a reputable event or group
• What to expect and do at a public play party

Join us for this quick orientation to making the most of your local kink scene. This session is perfect for folks who are making their first brave steps into the public kink scene. This class is also a perfect introduction to etiquette and protocols. That will be a huge help if you're planning to get involved with local play parties and organizations.

PRESENTER:

Miriam Green has been in the public kink scene for over one dozen years in the Austin, Houston and San Francisco scenes. They teach a series of KINK 101 classes on the SF kink community, BDSM negotiations, and dating while kinky. They also are the owner of Wicked Grounds.

We offer a sliding scale, so that cost is not a barrier to attendance. Choose the level you can comfortably afford.
