SF: Submissives in Solidarity

Sometimes feel like you're the only one facing your joys and challenges as a submissive?

Wicked Grounds invites you to a monthly discussion group just for submissives and switches who would like to discuss submission. This is a dominant-free zone to connect with, support, and build solidarity with fellow submissives in the scene.

Together, we will:

• develop a sense of belonging by feeling understood and supported
• gain a supportive network, reducing feelings of isolation and enhancing community connection
• experience healthier relationships and reduced risk of harm by making informed choices about partners
• engage in play with greater confidence and security, ensuring a positive and safe experience for all parties involved

Each month, we'll explore a lightly facilitated topic around the joys and challenges of submission. Experienced moderator and facilitator Miriam Green will help guide the discussion and keep a safe container to explore your feelings and options.

This discussion group is open to all people currently exploring submission in their lives and relationships, regardless of whether you identify as a submissive, switch, or other some other term. All genders, all orientations, and all relationship styles are welcome here.

Please note that this is not a therapy group, and is not a substitute for therapy! This is a peer-led group designed to create connection and support within our community.

We offer a sliding scale, so that cost is not a barrier to attendance.

The regular ticket is $20. This is what most people should pay.

If that would be a barrier to attendance, you may use the $10 option. If you're able to be generous, paying the $30 option allows us to make tickets accessible to those who need the discount.

So - that's it! Choose the level you can comfortably afford.

If cost is a barrier at any point on the sliding scale, please use the Volunteer List at the bottom of the listing to request a scholarship seat.

NOTE OUR LOCATION CHANGE THIS MONTH!

This month, we will meet at Wicked Grounds' space at Trellis. This is at 981 Mission St in San Francisco, near 5th St. This location is close to the Powell Street BART/ MUNI station, right on the 14 Mission bus line, and is also near a public parking garage at 5th and Mission.

Doors will be open starting at 11am.

Please do not attend in person if you have any respiratory symptoms whatsoever. Anyone displaying respiratory symptoms may be asked to leave, regardless of vaccination status.
