ONLINE: Dressed & UnDressed: Playing With Wardrobe

Clothing and accessories are a language all on their own. They convey worlds without words, can immerse us in fantasy, can be fun or functional, and can be our practical armor (or advertisement) as we go through our days.

In this class, we will explore why and how we can incorporate clothing into both our play and our kink self-expression. We will examine many of the specific kinds of clothing we can use to enhance our scenes, including costuming, fetishwear, dollification, leather, latex, and other tools. We’ll also explore how we explore our identities with everything from our clothing choices to the hanky code. We’ll wrap up with practical tips for giving and receiving wardrobe service

Themes of accessibility, power, roleplay, service, and practicality will weave throughout the class. Bring your thoughts and questions, and let’s get curious.

PRESENTER:

HG Wyndell is an activist, educator, and Spiritworker who is driven to facilitate accessible ritual spaces for folks seeking access to more deeply nourishing relationships with themselves and others. They are committed to living life through a lens of wonder, and in our experience, they don’t mess around when it comes to embracing the complex beingness of whoever is blessed to be in their presence and consideration. They weave their lived experiences with intentional relationship, genuine gender expression, ceremony, creative arts, chronic illness, and embracing pleasure seamlessly with a whole lot of love and a good bit of magic into the rich curriculum they offer.
