ONLINE: Gaslighting for Kink: How to Use Manipulative Language & Redefine Reality in Consensual Play

Do you enjoy playing with reality manipulation, confusion, and dependency in your BDSM play? Would you like a set of tools to bring more depth and intensity to your scenes?

Gaslighting is a set of abusive and insidious tactics that aim to manipulate through causing the victim to doubt their reality. When used consensually in kink, it can be an amazing tool for the darker kinds of psychological kink.

We'll take a risk-aware approach as we explain how gaslighting shows up in our psychological play, and how to employ the language of gaslighting in your own scenes while centering consent and negotiation, including our tips for handling effective check-ins for on-going play.

PRESENTERS:

Imaginatrix (@hypnohedonista) has a passion for hypnotic hedonism. As well as being a ride or die kinkster, Trix works full time as a hypnotic content creator, Domme, and kink educator. An eternal switch, her hunger for hypnosis is boundless, whether she's melting minds or being mesmerized.

She is trained in Sexual Freedom Hypnosis® techniques and organizes the only monthly erotic hypnosis class in the UK. She makes up half of the Mesmerotic, a hypnokink fetish video production company showing real hypnokink scenes, and brings her erotic hypnosis to OnlyFans and Patreon. She loves deep-diving into hypnotic techniques and thinks hypnosis is an incredible tool for connection and pleasure.

Sinister (@sinisterdenial) has been experimenting with, teaching, and generally passionate about hypnosis for five years. He now produces hypnotic videos as one-half of the production company Mesmerotic, as well as running the non-hypnotic but still filthy studio EdgeSluts. He's enthusiastic about teaching hypnosis and helping it to be as accessible as possible to newcomers or giving scene veterans new tools to use in their play. He practices more general kink alongside hypnosis in his daily life and delights in finding new ways to combine them. He offers professional sessions, tuition, and other services online and off, in addition to his paid and free content.

TICKETING:

Tickets: $15 - $35 in advance. Please pay at the level you can comfortably afford.
We offer a sliding scale, so that cost is not a barrier to attendance.

The regular ticket is $25. This is what most people should pay.

The $15 ticket is offered for those for whom the $25 ticket would be a barrier to participation. If $25 is too much, we take your word for it! Just pay $15.
