ONLINE: BREAK ON THROUGH TO THE OTHER SIDE: THE KLIPOT

You’ve heard of the Tree of Life, now get ready for… the Tree of Death! It’s also called the Tree of Knowledge, the Left Emanation, or the Sitra Achra (Other Side). It is the ultimate map of the infernal divine.

In this class, we’ll explore the Klipot (or Qliphoth). We’ll describe the spheres of the klipa, compare them to their respective sephira, and meet the demons who inhabit them. We’ll also use the Klipot to explore concepts such as the creation of the universe, the fall from Eden, the revolt of the angels, the structure of hell, and Satan’s genderqueer five-way polycule (no, not kidding). We’ll also talk about magical applications such as initiating through the Klipot.

This class is taught from a snarky Left-Hand Path perspective. We’ll do our best to be accessible, but if when somebody mentions Binah your response is “who?!” you might have a hard time. PRESENTER:

Johnny is a co-founder of First Church of the Morningstar (https://www.firstchurchofthemorningstar.com/), a Left-Hand Path church dedicated to knowledge, liberation and godhood for all. He is also a seminarian at Starr King School for the Ministry. He identifies as a Gonzo occultist and esoteric enfant terrible. He is by no means an expert on the Klipot, just a dude crazy enough to try initiating through it.

TICKETING:

Tickets: $15 - $35 in advance. Please pay at the level you can comfortably afford.
We offer a sliding scale, so that cost is not a barrier to attendance.

The regular ticket is $25. This is what most people should pay.

The $15 ticket is offered for those for whom the $25 ticket would be a barrier to participation. If $25 is too much, we take your word for it! Just pay $15.
