Attire: Twisted Windows is an artistic fetish environment, and you are part of that environment. Wear what makes you feel amazing and seize this opportunity for your finery to be fully appreciated! Rainbow pride themed or formal attire, leather/lace/latex, and lingerie all appreciated. Nipples and bits must be covered in the hallways. No effort = no entry.
Entry requirements: This event is 18+, ID and proof of vaccination required. We require up to date vaccination (which includes a booster, if eligible). See details in our "COVID Guidelines". All attendees must abide by our code of conduct and sign our release form.
Photography: To quote the Ropecraft photo policy: "It should be understood that given current availability of photographic technology, there is no way for any event or individual to guarantee that your photo will not be taken at any kink event. Please evaluate your own risk accordingly." We do not allow attendees to take photos or videos of performers or of other attendees (without consent). We have professional photographers, and allow performers to record their own performances. At times we will blur background/non-focus figures, such that there are no identifiable features. There are also clearly marked selfie areas, with backdrops.
This space is wheelchair accessible. ASL interpreters are available upon request – please email twistedwindows@gmail.com by 2 weeks prior to the event to request an interpreter.
Only VIP tickets come with a reserved seat. The only difference between Tiers 1, 2, and 3 tickets is price (there are a limited number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets available). Please contact the producers for accessibility questions and accommodations.
Refund policy: Up to 5 days prior to the event, tickets are fully refundable – attendees may refund themselves using the link in the confirmation email. Within 5 days of the event, there is a set number of refunds we have budgeted to provide for folks who are unable to attend for COVID-related reasons. Given the complexities and financial risk of event production, capacity limits, extremely tight budgets (with event proceeds entirely going to pay space rent and pay performers), and logistical impossibility of re-selling tickets at the 11th hour, when/if we reach our pre-set refund cap, from that point on tickets will be fully transferable but not refundable. Please contact us for any questions or concerns.
