Movement Magic: Wake Up With Yoga

Enjoy a gentle 70 minute yoga-based flow. This is a class for all levels, so new or seasoned practitioners are all welcome. We will move through ways to build flexibility and strength while showing ourselves kindness and listening to our bodies. This is a great practice to uplift and build mobility for activities to follow.

Jackie is a yoga and movement facilitator. She began her yoga and meditation journey at the age of 11 when she was put in classes as a means to cope with childhood anxiety. As an adult she became a yoga guide, and a circus performer/coach. She has specialized in two varieties of yoga over the last nine years: trauma informed classes, and power yoga, though she has taught a wide variety of styles in addition. Jackie’s various backgrounds lead to fun, challenging sequences with a touch of philosophy.
