How To Kinkster 101 - Communicating As An Introvert, Neuro-D, and People Averse Kinkster

Welcome to the "How To Kinkster" series. Through both classes and discussion groups, we will focus on an aspect of the kink/BDSM world and how to navigate it in baby steps for the newer kinkster. Every other Tuesday evening via zoom we will delve into certain topics a bit more deeply than can be done in a single class on the entirety of how this crazy and amazing world works.

While the series is designed for one topic to lead to another, it's not necessary to have started from the beginning to join in. Starting at all and educating yourself is a HUGE step to being a better, safer, and happier community member!

Communicating As An Introvert, Neuro-D, and People Averse Kinkster

So many of our lives experiences and biological makeup influences how we carry ourselves in our daily lives. Social situations can be complicated at best for some. Communication can be a struggle leaving people in fear of starting a conversation. Afterwards we sometimes are left questioning if we said something wrong, were seen as stupid, etc. which can lead to holding back and not expressing our truth, needs, limits, and boundaries in a safe and integral way.

In this class, we are going to explore alternative ways that can be well thought out, safe, and effective for kink/BDSM play. We will also open up discussion about vetting, talking to new people at social events, and navigating conflict.
