Event Detail

Event: Shibari Nocturne Monthly Rope Jam
Date: 4 May 2024 (Saturday)
Time: 6:30pm-11:30pm
Location: Campbell

What do we have here?

The JAM room for social, skillshare, and snacking. If you like to tie & chat with a group of friends, this is your dance floor!

The YAM room for more intimate rope scenes and suspension points. When you are tying in this room, we will assume you are "in a scene"!

  • Water, some drinks and snacks.
  • Yoga mats. You can also bring your own mats.
  • Some house rope for public use. But you are strongly encouraged to bring your own rope.

And, most importantly, awesome people (that's you!)

What should you bring?

You and your rope, and other little things that would brighten your rope scene! You should also pack for aftercare: stuffies, blankets, fancy chocolate etc.

Bring your own mats if you have them!

If you are a Rigger and wish to do suspension at our event for the first time, please DM us on Fetlife @Nocturnal_Events before you register. We have a quick screening process.

Schedule

6:30pm — Door open
7pm - 8:30pm — Rope Support Hotline (Hosted by @G_Jessie)
11:00pm — Wind down & clean up

The Rope Support Hotline serves as a skill-sharing and community hub, where our volunteers are available to answer any questions you may have about rope, tying / being tied, and our local community. It is not mandatory. Feel free to just come in and tie.
