Flipping around in the air, again.
Suspension sequences are fun! In this class, we will be sharing a dynamic suspension flow that goes from verticle <-> face down -> ... creative fun poses. This sequence includes elements such as back bends and inversion.
While we'll share our version of the Futomomo (tying in air), the primary focus is on mastering the suspension sequence, not learning a new pattern.
Keep in mind that suspension sequences pose increased risks and challenges for both Riggers and bottoms compared to straightforward up-and-down suspensions. Prior to signing up, assess your risk profiles. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.

For Riggers: Anything you feel the most comfortable in. You will feel
warmer than your bottom, so don't put too many layers on!
For bottoms: Tighter clothes are the best. For example: tank tops and yoga pants. If you wear bras, please remember to take them off or wear wireless bras for upper body ties.
