Suspension sequences are fun! In this class, we will be sharing creative ways to use uplines in a dynamic suspension flow that goes from face down/verticle -> face up/inversion -> side torsion. This sequence includes elements like back bends, crotch rope, and torsion.
While we'll share our version of the hip harness, the primary focus is on mastering the suspension sequence, not learning a new pattern.
Keep in mind that suspension sequences pose increased risks and challenges for both Riggers and bottoms compared to straightforward up-and-down suspensions. Prior to signing up, assess your risk profiles. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions at hello@madebymooooo.com.

Yes. If you don't have your own set of ropes yet, this class is probably not for you.
Yes. You will need a rope bottom to practice with. If you are a switch, pair up with your switch-y friends!
For Riggers: Anything you feel the most comfortable in. You will feel
warmer than your bottom, so don't put too many layers on!
For bottoms: Tighter clothes are the best. For example: tank tops and yoga pants. If you wear bras, please remember to take them off or wear wireless bras for upper body ties.

Shibari Essentials is a series of in-person classes. We will be focusing on different Shibari patterns as well as applicable techniques for you to create amazing experiences with your partners.
For each class, we will be focusing on a tie and the variations. You may pick and mix your classes and only attend to those you are interested in.
