- Why do we have a sliding scale for our tickets?
While we want to make sure our ticket is affordable to the general public, we wish to cover our expenses as well as be able to expand & host different types of kink events.
Please pay at the level you can comfortably afford. Your support is appreciated and will help us keep running events! 🙌🏻
Dress code
Dress Code: Pirate, mermaid, or flamingo! The classic bikini & speedo are also very welcome! Always wear sunscreen, please. ☀️
The venue is located in Downtown San Jose, please dress appropriately - street-legal clothing in public areas. You may revive your true kinky self once you are inside the venue.
We will have signs to indicate "Fetish wear behind these doors ONLY."
The Venue
- Play Space (Outdoor)
The outdoor play spaces are marked by black tape. The shaded play spaces are here to fit all of your passionate & kinky scenes! Feel free to embrace your nudity under the shade, however, please cover your genitals under the sun. We don’t want to disturb the residents across the road!
Please note that this party will be more pool-focused and less rope focused than our usual party.

What should I bring?
Your kinky self and your toy/rope bag 💜 Remember to pack for you/your bottom's aftercare needs. Bring your stuffies/blankie to make yourself comfy! We will have snacks, drinks, and space to cuddle.
General Rules
Violation of the rules may result in a permanent ban from our future events. Serious consent violations may be reported to other kink groups.
Look for DMs and Hosts wearing bright neon green harnesses.
- Consent matters.
Ask for explicit consent before engaging in any activities with others. Always ask before touching, that goes for people and their belongings.
Only an enthusiastic YES is a yes. If the other person seems hesitant or doubtful, please take that as a “No.” and don’t ask again. You may offer future opportunities for them to reach out to you if they do change their mind. The key is: Let them come to you after the initial "No"
It is also important to clearly communicate the potential risk of the play to the best of your ability.
- Inclusivity is vital.
Zero tolerance for hate speech. Help create a safer space for everyone, regardless of their role, gender, ethnicity, orientation, religion, experience, or skill level.
- Respect the venue.

- Dress vanilla outside of the event area.
Be discreet. There’s a ballet studio next door and vanilla people in the street. If you wish to step outside, please wear a big coat over your kink wear.
We have a changing and storage room for you to transform into your kinky authentic self ✨
No photos, video and recording is allowed.
Play responsibly.
Alcoholic drinks, cannabis, and other recreational substances are not allowed. Please be responsible and only participate when you are sober.
No smoking / vaping

The DMs & Hosts are here to help, but not here to parent you.
If someone is making you uncomfortable, go to the DMs, or ask your friend to accompany you to do so. We are here to help.
While we try our best to create a safe space, we can not police everything. Please use your own judgment when vouching play partners, ask around for references, ask a lot of questions, and trust your gut if anything feels off.
Apply critical thinking. Plan for a “buddy system”. Negotiate before the party instead of doing pick-up play.

We can’t cover every possible kink and situation. If there’s any gray area, please ask us for permission before doing it, as you would do for negotiating with a new play partner.
The Pool Area
No running.
No diving or cannonballing into the pool.
No glass around the pool.
Rinse your body at the shower area before going into the pool.
Nudity is not allowed outside of play spaces (in the pool & unshaded area.)
Please wear public pool-appropriate clothing in these areas. While we’d love to celebrate our bodies, nudity is against the law in public places and on private property if the nude person is visible to the public, such as through an open window or sunbathing nude in the yard.
- Light and non-sexual play is allowed.
Light and non-sexual play is allowed, including bondage, impact play, and D/s activities. However, active sexual play like oral sex and fingering is not permitted. Static insertion toys, such as butt plugs, are allowed. If you wish to further explore your kink and sexuality, bring your scene into the play spaces!
Limit makeup and keep it clean if going in the pool.
Do not pee in the pool. Ew.
No food or drinks in the pool.
Do not block the pool entry.
While pool floats, toys, and water guns are allowed, please be considerate and avoid excessive splashing into the social and play area.
Water bondage is allowed, but must be supervised by a designated Top. If you are restricted, your head must stay above water the whole time (use a floatie or pool noodle)
Any form of breath play, including waterboarding or drowning, is strictly prohibited.
Outdoor Play Space
The outdoor play spaces are marked by floor tape and under the shaded canopy.
Respect our neighbors and keep noise levels moderate. If you are a screamer, please bring your scene indoors (try out our new Screamer Room!)

Play Space
House Safeword is “SAFEWORD”
No phone allowed in the Play Space.
Keep the space clean.
Clean furniture and mats with provided cleaning spray before AND after your scenes. Disposable sheets and waterproof pads are available.
Clean up after your scene.
Wear a glow stick on your wrist to indicate openness to conversation.
No glow stick means do not initiate conversation.
Red glow stick means no pick-up play but open to conversation.
Green glow stick means open to conversation and potential pick-up play.

6. Do not interrupt others’ scenes. Report suspected unsafe situations to DMs or Hosts.
- If not participating in a scene, stay outside the play zones (marked by white tape).
Avoid hoarding play stations if your scene isn't starting within 15 minutes.
You may move furniture within the play zone. Ask a DM for assistance if needed.
Do not lock shackles onto furniture. You may use handcuffs with a belt or hook-and-loop tapes for attachment.
We have a hard ban on breath play, sharp/blood play, knife play, fire play, golden shower/scat play, and "full" (penetrative) sexual intercourse.
Lit candles are allowed for wax play. Ensure that you hold them or extinguish the flames before setting them down. Check with a DM or Host for clarification.
Impact Play
Do not aim to draw blood, as blood play is not allowed.
Clear the area when using single tails or other whippy toys. Inform DMs to keep others at a distance.
Shibari / Rope Bondage
Only suspend from designated hard points.
Bring your own (graded) suspension gear.
There will be some puzzle mats provided for your shibari/rope bondage scenes. You can also bring your own mats/blankets.
Wrestling / Rough Body Play
Remove any jewelry. Especially if they were sharp.
Everyone must stay on their knees or lower at all times.
Lay down puzzle mats or soft padding.
We are providing some puzzle mats for your scenes. You can also bring your own mats/blankets. Be mindful of where you set up, and avoid the social area and doorway as people might be walking through a lot. Notify the DMs so they know to keep people away.
Wax Play
- Use a pouring pot or a maximum of two lit candles each scene. Please cover the floor and furniture with puzzle mats & disposable sheets to prevent mess. Be aware of splashing wax.
Group Scene
Make sure to negotiate clearly who is involved BEFORE the scene.
Do not ask to join an ongoing group scene.
Watch from a distance outside the play zone. If they want you to join in, they will invite you.
Sexual Play
- Penis-in-vagina, penis-in-anus, and pegging are not allowed.
While we do not allow “home-base” sexual play — "full" (penetrative) sexual intercourse, you may explore your sexuality with insertable toys, your all-powerful hands and your oral cavity.
Lay down absorbent pads under the bottom and your used toys, or wherever your body fluid might touch. NO ONE wants to touch or step on your body fluid.
PLEASE clean your rectum at home before anal play.

Covid & Health Policy
Mask is recommended, especially in the social area, but not required.
Being vaccinated with at least the basic vaccine is a must.
Please take a home test (antigen rapid test) on the day of the party. During check-in, you will have to show a photo of your test result, with the date, time & your preferred name written on/near the test card.
