Do you want to be a better Top or Dominant? When you look around the play spaces do you wonder why some people have a crowd watching and waiting? Let’s explore what it means to be a good Top or Dom(me). No; this isn’t about the act of your scene - this is how to conduct your scene, from start to finish. While you feel you’ve watched enough online instruction there are still plenty of techniques you can improve upon to raise your game. Being a Top or Dominant is not just about rigging, beating or ordering someone around; it takes more than that to get people to come back for more scenes. Let’s hone your skills so people look at you and wonder what’s in your kit that has people lining up.
As always, our content is taught within the framework of consent! Feather & Flame's favorite consent frameworks are FRIES and RACK.
Drano found the scene in the early 2010s, experimented with a few of the different kink disciplines, and settled on impact to start with - mostly whips. It went so well, that he decided to stay with impact. Over his time in the scene, Drano found a sensual and sometimes sadistic style to torture bottoms with his whips. Today, he is constantly self-examining his play and his interactions with people; he can be found helping his partners find new abilities or interests in kink, or volunteering at The Crucible in DC.
When he is not out in the community, he can be found involved with several sports, tending o his garden or cooking with friends. Drano quite enjoys engaging with people so they may find their own path in kink. He feels that no one path is going to look the same, and everyone should be afforded the chance to find their way.
