Handbook for the Recently Kinky: A Curated Course for Newbies

So you’ve watched a movie that had an underlying kinky theme or maybe you have always known there was a darker side to your fantasies. Regardless of what has piqued your interest, this 5 week course is the place for you as it's designed for anyone who is new to BDSM. Whether you think you're dominant, submissive, or somewhere in-between, you’ll gain comprehensive knowledge. This will help you to feel confident and safe in your journey, going from newbie to intermediate and beyond. There will be dedicated lessons each week that have been created to help you explore this exciting, expansive world in a non-judgmental or pressured way. Not only will I share my 20+ years of knowledge with you but my 24/7 live-in submissive, Parker Leigh, will also be joining me each week. At the end of the course you’ll even receive a certificate of completion from BDSM and Intimacy University!

Class will meet every Thursday at 7pm EST! Don’t worry, lessons will be recorded so if you’re unable to join every week, you won’t miss out. This course is meant to be an inclusive environment that is accommodating for all types of people. You can participate in any way that feels comfortable for you, whether that’s having your camera on, joining in the chat, or remaining anonymous while taking in all the information. There will also be a private Discord channel for participants to join specifically for this course. (You are able to change your name to remain anonymous if you desire). Information on how to access this will be sent with your registration confirmation. You’ll be able to chat with other students, myself, and Parker. It's your chance to ask any mentor questions you have that may come up during the course of our time together. This is a great way to build a community and connect with others who are in a similar position as you. The channel will remain open even after the course is finished. Chapter 2: Discovering Your Kinky Self 3 hours

• Breaking free from the shame of engaging in alternative sexualities
• Relationship dynamics, identities, and how to find what’s right for you
• Understanding your limits and when to use your safe word
• Journal prompts to explore your desires further
• Common pitfalls to avoid on your journey
• Building your arsenal for your kinky persona

Chapter 3: Safety and Other Vital Information 3 hours

• Red flags and how to keep yourself protected
• When to seek medical assistance
• How to identify problematic and dangerous behaviors early
• Help with avoiding injuries
• Essential items for your safety kit
• Know the difference between a healthy power exchange relationship and a toxic one
• Proper vetting techniques

Chapter 4: Sexy Communication for Fulfilling Experiences 3 hours
September 12

• Building your negotiation skills for satisfying kink adventures
• Making things intimate without creating a headspace
• Questions to ask for specific types of play
• How the experience can change in public versus private
• Different ways to decline someone’s advances
• Learning the art of nonverbal communication to better understand your partner
• Considerations to be made for neurodivergent folks

Chapter 5: Understanding Headspaces, Aftercare, and Drop 3 hours

• What happens to the brain and its chemicals during play and intimate encounters
• 10 tips for getting your partner in the appropriate headspace
• Planning and setting up for the experience you desire
• Learning flow techniques to level up your game
• Preparing your body and mind for kinky fun
• Understanding what drop is and how to combat it
• The importance of aftercare

When taught as individual workshops, each lesson is typically $40-$99 and my private mentoring as well as Parker’s are $150-$250 an hour so what you get access to with a ticket to this course far exceeds its value.
