We’re reviving and re-imagining the Unity play parties to celebrate all the new people, communities and organizations that make up today's thriving Bay Area kink community.

Shared spaces bring us together, and the Kink Community is no different. Come to the Unity pre-party activities and play party! Celebrate what we can collectively achieve when diverse communities come together and build new connections! Bring your creativity, your energy, and your awesome self. We all bring our own unique energy to the community to make it the vibrant and fun place it is. This party is a perfect way to celebrate together at a comfortable play space. See old friends, meet new people, and play the night away.

Want more? We’re offering additional pre-party programming. Separate ticket required, or purchase a bundled ticket to both for double the fun! Parties are best when you can connect with a group of people you know, and both of these options are a great way to quickly meet new people and get a head-start on your party experience.

We will be hosting both Speed Friending upstairs and an Introductory Rope Bondage Class downstairs at the same time. You can pick and choose what activity you would like to do, move between them depending on how you are feeling, or take breaks if needed.

  Kick off your evening with our pre-party speed-friending social designed to spark connection before the play begins. Whether you're flying solo, arriving with a partner, or rolling in with a crew, Unity is a chance to meet new faces in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.

  Hosted upstairs by TanTan, expect warm welcomes, good conversation, and plenty of laughs as we help you build a few friendly bridges before the main event. Making connections ahead of time can ease nerves, deepen play, and turn a good night into a great one. Come say hello—you never know who you might meet.

  New to kink? Interested in learning some spicy bondage techniques to try out during the party?

  Come by and join Unity’s rope introduction corner downstairs hosted by the Wrapt team! Curious about how to create restrictive but sustainable ties? Tie along to our beginner friendly step-by-step guides! Wonder how to ask for personal accommodations during a rope scene? Get inspired by our rope safety and negotiations refreshers!

  Learn how to keep yourself safe both topping and bottoming for rope! Ask spicy questions! And most importantly get some hands-on experience with your kinky side!

COVID-19 Safety Measures

• All guests MUST take a rapid test on the day of the event, before arriving, and write the date on the test or immediately next to the test.
• Take a photo of the negative test & show it to the door guard when you arrive.
• We will have a limited number of tests for sale at $25 each in case anyone is unable to pretest.

Entry:

Presale tickets are available and are highly recommended to save your spot. Prices go up the week of the party.

A limited number of Financial Access Tickets are available for low-income guests who need them. Please purchase a regular ticket if you can.

Dress Code:

Please dress street legal/appropriate when arriving outside the venue; once inside you can change. Fetishwear, kinky/sexy costumes, dungeon blacks, lingerie, etc. If in doubt, dress like you would for a good nightclub.

Venue

This event will be held at Stopgap in San Francisco. The address will be provided to ticket holders for privacy and safety reasons. For planning purposes, it is in SOMA and a 10 minute walk from the UN Plaza/Civic Center BART station.

While a new venue in its current iteration, the building itself has a rich history in the kink community. The first floor has social spaces, lockers (bring your own lock or purchase a lock at the front desk), and two bathrooms. Descend into the 3100 square foot basement to enjoy historic equipment that many in the community may have enjoyed in days gone by plus some newer pieces from our collection. There will be crosses, benches, tables, bondage chairs, cages, and much more! @Stopgap is not only located in an important place of kink history, it's a place of history in the making right now.

Accessibility Notes:

The entrance to the space is on the ground floor, which includes lockers, social areas, and two bathrooms. There are no steps on the ground floor. The bathrooms are each single stall with grab bars on the wall and toilets mounted to the floor. The basement of the venue contains play areas and can only be reached via stairs. There will be music playing throughout the night, and ear plugs are available for free at the front desk. There are colored lights in use throughout the venue, including rotating “party lights” for ambiance. Cell phones are prohibited from being used in the venue and must be stored; however, you may speak to a host about reasonable accommodations if needed for things such as continuous glucose monitoring.
