Please be aware there is no individual cooking or access to the kitchen during our event. This includes personal stoves of any kind, personal campfires, and use of the outdoor kitchen. The only personal preparation of food must be cold or ready to eat food at your campsite. We put love in our food, cater to special dietary needs/allergies, and village members are encouraged to enjoy each other's company while dining together.

NOTE: If you haven't been to one of our camping events before, this event is a community run event. This means we require everyone to do a few hours of Village Service a day. Camping events are so much better for everyone when the load of responsibilities is shared, and it helps bring us together as a Village. We are all about the connection we can share together. Categories that will be available are: Facilities, Kitchen, Security, and Hospitality.

In the unfortunate circumstance of a personal emergency, cosmic conflict, nasty run in with hot syrup and a glitter bomb or for any other reasons of not being able to attend once tickets have been purchased; we are able to accommodate transferring of tickets to another willing victim.
