We have an amazing surround sound system, and laser lights with hazers. There is a definite night club feel to our kinky playspace. Our mile long private driveway leads you far away from your vanilla life. There's plenty of free and very safe parking, No transients milling around and No neighbors to offend.

We have a very private in-ground Pool and covered/sheltered social/smoking area outside with fire pits and heaters. BYOB/420 in moderation. Bring your own towels. We will have snacks, candy, free water, soda, drink mixers and safer sex supplies for an excellent and sexy party vibe!

This is for dry camping only, no dumping, no fires, no open flame.
No extended stays. No Hook-Ups, Dry Camping Only. Generators are OK.
