In this Class/Workshop, you will learn about:
Incorporating kink themes and accessories into photography is an excellent opportunity to create truly empowering art, and also a great way for photographers to practice people-centered experiences through consent sensitive techniques!
Being photographed is a vulnerable experience, no matter the client’s background. The inherent hierarchical relationship that exists between clients and photographers has the potential for an abuse of power. As a photographer, it's our responsibility to work to remove this hierarchy by providing an experience that offers models choice, empowerment and collaboration and consent, while also offering support.
Sessions implementing strategies that incorporate kink and have the capability to reduce harm is absolutely essential for both the model and photographer, especially if the photographer is involved in the scene to be photographed.
This workshop is for photographers of any experience level, especially photographer and model teams whose are interested in or currently incorporating kink themes and accessories into their work.
