ELSE Winter Open Play Party

Our event will be hosted at Transform 1060, and doors will open at 1pm. Party will run until 6pm, and we will have water and snacks provided. Feel free to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable!

All attendees must be in the ELSE discord server, or vetted by reaching out to us via fetlife or email. We will be confirming either a discord handle, or that your info matches our vetting process at the door. If you purchase a ticket and are not vetted, you will be turned away, and your ticket will not be refunded.

Vaccination Policy
Covid Policy
We are asking that everyone brings a Covid test to test at the door, and if you have extras to spare, please bring them with you! There will be spreadsheet in the Discord to keep track of who’s able to bring extra tests. Masks are to remain on at all times, unless you are actively doing something with your mouth. If you test positive at the door, you will be sent home, no exceptions. We will also be checking vaccination cards at the door as well. Thank you for helping to keep our community safe.

M-pox Policy
We encourage folx to get m-pox vaccination shots, but we will not be requiring the m-pox vaccine due to concerns over the accessibility of the vaccine and the long period waiting period following the vaccination for it to become effective. M-pox vaccination information by city/county:
