"We all have risk profiles in BDSM, we just might not think to call them that. Elements of our risk profiles are likely shaped by a combination of the organized BDSM scene's cultural norms, broader societal values, and individual factors. Risk profiles are personal and many-layered. This class will help to provide tools to intentionally and deliberately define and clarify your own risk profiles, and demonstrate how a greater understanding of your own risk profile can aid in vetting and negotiation.”
@Wrn is a disabled non-binary sadistic top who has been a member of Cuff for over a decade. They have taught classes in rope bondage, single tail whips, flogging, and consensual non-consent; and also helped to co-facilitate Rope Cuff, a defunct monthly rope share event in Charlottesville. For this class, Wrn draws upon extensive experience with many types of play, as well as negotiation for pick-up play, monogamous and polyamorous long-term relationships, to highlight a set of practices that are both broadly conceptual and very basic and practical.
