CANCELLATION POLICY:
Early bird tickets include the $450 deposit and are non-refundable. $450 deposit is non-refundable. After March 7th all monies paid are non-refundable but your place at the retreat can be transferred to another person of the same gender. Retreat balance must be paid by March 7th or the deposit and your place in the retreat may be forfeited. If you need to cancel and wish to find your own replacement you need to notify the organizer at least 7 days ahead of the start of the retreat. All participants are required to be vaccinated, boosted and have a negative rapid test to attend and must supply proof to the organizer. Failure to comply with these COVID policies may result in you forfeiting your space at the retreat.
