Bonding & Bonding: building healthy attachments in kink
A 1.5hr zoom class on applying Attachment Theory in our kinky lives

In this class on attachment theory Mistress Cas will guide us through the fundamentals of the theory, and how it can be applied to our kinky lives. We will explore and understand the complexity of how to build things like safety and security in our kinky relationships and communities, while also touching on the implications of relational trauma when building attachment as an adult. Specific ways that kink/BDSM activities can actually improve healthy attachment will be presented as well.
Presenters' Bio:
Mistress Cas is an intersextional scientist, educator, coach/guide and mental health clinician who lives with her partners and dogs in San Antonio, Texas. She has worked previously in public health and is now a mental health clinician and sex therapist dedicated to helping people understand themselves and others. She is also a fat, disabled, crazy, Queer LeatherMaster who has been active in kink and polyamory her whole life. She provides therapy/counseling services under her maiden name at Respark Therapy, and through Bold Hearts Education she offers various trainings and workshops on sex-positive topics and coaching/consultation services.
