Deepening Your Submission

with Auntie Vice

Deepen your submission with Auntie Vice!

Description

This class helps individuals of all races, genders, sexual orientations, and kink experience learn tools to deepen their own submissive practices. Whether you are relatively new to submission or are quite practiced at it and looking for new ways to practice and explore this side of the slash, the class will have something for you.

Submission is more than just being on the receptive end of fetish play. This class helps you understand the psychology behind submission's appeal and helps you discover your "why." Additionally, if your current version of submission is not the best fit and you want to figure out ways to find what really works for you and partner(s) and what doesn't, this class is for you!

The class includes:

  • Exercises to help define what submission means to the individual
  • Ways of dispelling myths of submission.
  • Writing mantras.
  • Meditations.
  • Journaling for writers and non-writers.
  • Yoga and workouts.
  • Goal setting.
  • Self-care.

Students leave with a free workbook and resource list.
