Black Heart: The Emo Experience

The days grow cold and our hearts grow colder… colder… sadder.. So let’s heat things up a bit with one last Black Heart to end the year! All Our Friends are gonna gather around at Paradox to help say We’ll Miss You to the 2026 editions of Black Heart, but have no fear because we’ll be ready for you at the start of the new year! We’re going all out for this one, transforming Paradox into the Emo Scene destination spot, blending your kink and emo dreams together into one fantastic night of dancing and spanking!

Start your night off in our social area, decked out to look like the old punk venues you know and love, and set up perfectly to chat and reminisce about your emo youth. At 9pm sharp, DJ Christian Crucifixx will be spinning tunes once again for us as we take to the dance floor to headbang and mosh, while others enjoy the unique kink furniture surrounding the wall, ready for play and desire. House Punks will be on hand to provide tasters of their craft, and we’ll once again have a House Makeup artist to fully immerse you into the night. Looking for something a bit more intimate, or a place for aftercare? The upstairs will be open and available for both of those, and complete with rental luxury rooms for some more privacy for you/your party.

Bring your best emo fit, your tightest ripped jeans, and show us how you dress to impress like we’re back in the days of Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, and so many more. We’ll even have a selfie station set up for you to document your fit. We’ll be sure to bring the great menu that throws back to our childhood, providing you with one more experience to end the year that rivals all the other Black Hearts we’ve thrown this year. Dress Code

Unlike other kink parties, we encourage you to dress like you did when you let the emo within you run wild.

• Tight ripped jeans, dark hoodies, leather wrist cuffs all welcomed
• Eye shadow encouraged but not required
• Want to dress a bit fancier? Maybe show us what you’d wear to The Black Parade

Whatever it is, we want it here. Bring it. Just be mindful that you might have to wait in line outside when you arrive and that you are welcome to arrive in regular clothes and then change into your kinky outfit once you get inside. There are lockers and bag racks to store your clothes and bags.

The Venue

This event will take place at Paradox - 1310 Mission Street in San Francisco. It is located in SoMa, near 9th and Mission, and is a 10 minute walk from the Civic Center/UN Plaza BART station.

Accessibility Notes
The entrance to the space is on the ground floor and is fully-accessible, including a social area, play area, and two accessible all-gender bathrooms. The mezzanine level above the bathrooms can only be reached via stairs. There will be music playing throughout the night, and ear plugs may be available at the front desk.
