Before long, All Hallows Eve will be upon us once more. Be sure to join us at SCREAM!!! for a kinky and sensual celebration of this spooktacular night! Don your sexiest and spookiest costume and head on down to our unique and well-established Oakland venue. We’ll have a photographer, tarot-reader, house tops, additional play equipment and much more - so be sure to join us for a kinky night of Halloween fun!

Things to do at Scream!!!

Venue

The backdrop to your hair-raising and lip-biting Halloween will be an eclectic, sexy and well established party venue in Oakland. The venue features distinct, indoor and outdoor play/social areas, multiple working restrooms, a coat-check and a plethora of play stations.

Connect

We'll have role stickers at the party to help identify and spark connections. In addition - we will be using our wristband system to help people appropriately initiate social interactions. People who are comfortable being respectfully approached about the possibility of play will be wearing yellow wristbands. If you see someone wearing a red wristband, that indicates that they prefer to not be approached about play, but may be open to conversations on other topics. Let them bring up play, don’t bring it up to them.

Play

A small dungeon already exists at the location and we will be bringing in more pieces for guests to play on. Enjoy the kinky furniture - or get creative and show us how else you might use the space. The cottage has soft spaces for sexual play and we will be creating non-sexual cuddle areas for ace folks, aftercare, etc. Weather permitting - we will also be setting up some play stations in the courtyard.

Dress Code

It’s Halloween so we encourage you to dress up - make an effort to impress! Scary or sexy costumes, lingerie, or fetishwear are always welcome as are dungeon blacks. If nothing else comes to mind then dress as you would for a fancy night out. You can be kinky, subversive, etc. No street clothes, etc.

Please be mindful that you might have to wait in line outside and that you are welcome to arrive in regular clothes and then change into your kinky outfit once you get inside!

Saturday, October 28th, 2023, 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Doors will close at 11:00 PM. Late arrivals may not be allowed entry and will not be refunded/credited so please arrive before 11:00 PM.

Presale tickets are required - the venue address will only be sent to ticket holders. Ticket prices are tiered as follows.

• Financial Access: $25
• Volunteer: $15

A portion of all ticket sales will go towards enabling access to the event for low-income community members. Financial access tickets may be purchased on the ticket page while they remain available. Your ticket fees help cover venue rent, security, catering, performers, and other professional service fees, food, decorations, A/V, purchase and maintenance of play equipment, paying the guest hosts and so much more. AfterDark believes in paying people for their time, knowledge and experience.

This event will sell out in advance of the event date. Purchase your tickets as early as possible for the best available prices and to guarantee your spot - don’t miss out! We sometimes get a few cancellations the days leading up to the event so place yourself on the waiting list if you see a sold out message.

COVID-19 Safety

For everyone’s safety you are required to have had a full first round of vaccines and at least one booster to attend this event.

We're also asking that everyone do a rapid test before they arrive. Put your name/initials & date on the test strip. Take a photo & show it at the door when you arrive. We will have a limited number of tests for sale in case anyone is unable to pretest.

Masks are still optional and we encourage their use.
